  • I started my apartment search last year. I DID NOT want to be in Nevada. Well California made it clear I needed to leave. I dreaded the thought that I'd have to move to Nevada. So my search began.. I visited Las Vegas and drove past several apartment communities. I passed on almost all of them. I went back home discouraged. I went back to Vegas to look again and I found one community I liked a lot but Spur was across the street. I drove over to spur then I went online. I immediately sent an email. Bria answered every one of my million questions and she did it with such pleasure even when I KNEW I was being annoying. I applied with ease was approved with ease and to my surprise the entire leasing process was super easy I'm still in disbelief that it's real! And (because it doesn't stop there) #Spur is EVERYTHING YOU SEE AND MORE!! Thank you Bria and thank you Ricky for assisting me when Bria was off! I am a happy resident!
