  • First let's begin by saying the store is located INSIDE the hospital. No where on the website does it state that. If I knew that we would have gone to a more easy to access store. So beware you have to find parking and go inside a hospital. Second I placed my order online so it would be ready when we arrived. Well they do this thing where online orders are placed on a shelf inside the cafe. No one watches this shelf. No one makes sure people are taking the correct orders. Someone STOLE my order! I had to wait for them to remake the whole order. What was the whole point of doing the online ordering in the first place???? Also my order stated that I DID NOT want my bagel sliced and toasted so that way I could eat it whenever I want too. It was not only sliced but toasted as well. Extremely disappointed. Won't be back to this location.
