On an evening I had a ticket to a movie, I arrived 15 minutes prior to the start time. There was no one to direct me to the correct theater, and when I finally guessed at which one it was, I was told it was sold out.
Because this is the Arboretum, this is near nowhere and took 25 minutes to drive to.
As a consolation, the theatre gave me a voucher for a free drink, which was nice. What was not nice was the 20 minutes I waited before anyone at the bar even acknowledged me. The two stars instead of one is only because I did, indeed, get a lukewarm glass of house wine in a soda glass.
The theatre is a relic that needs to be banished into the minds of history.
There are enough places to go watch a movie in Charlotte that are far superior. Your living room, for example.
