  • Booked a week long stay for Spring Break with family and was deeply disappointed. The website states spring break and March has a band at the pool and movie night for the family in the main pool. Nope. Food is marginal at best and not kid friendly. Service is a 3 out of 5. Poolside Dining is scant and the pool frequently runs out of towels. Not a five star hotel but rather 3 star but at 5 star pricing. Bikes for bike rental are in poor condition. Buyer Beware.
