  • I called 12 times yesterday to make an appointment with my dr. No one answered the phone. I was not given the option to leave a message. I came in the the office on my way to work and was not able to make an appointment after standing there for 20min because the Internet was not working. I did say something about my unanswered phone calls and the response was that they were very busy.... This office clearly needs some upgrades, more staff, anything that can bring them to 2016. This is ridiculous.
