  • Really great Mexican food in Phoenix. I highly recommend that you visit. Everything I tried was fantastic. We shared the Queso dip with Chorizo (which came with thin "tortillas", which felt very traditional). The 1/2 order of guacamole we shared was extremely tasty. They throw in some dried cranberries to liven up the flavor and texture profile. Per other Yelp reviewers' recommendations, we shared the giant horchata; 1/3 of an order was the perfect amount for me, and their twist of it with fruit bits was a nice departure from the traditional horchata. I ended up getting the gourmet Mayan Pibil taco and one of the food truck style tacos (but can't remember which protein). They were both fantastic, and the perfect amount of food. I really enjoyed the expansive salsa bar with over a dozen varieties of salsa. It was fun to try most of them. My girlfriend ordered the Quesa which was ginormous; with the chips and queso that we shared, she barely touched the quesa, it was so big, but it looked delicious. I'd definitely come back to visit next time I'm in Phoenix. I'm confident they won't disappoint!
