  • Awful Timing and communication!! Insurance sent me here, and wish I would've looked up first. So the Towing ETA was 11:40.... I call at 12 wondering where they are and the guy on phone says the truck will be "any minute." I try calling again at 12:10 to make sure directions are accurate. For the next 10 minutes no one answers... So I call my insurance at 12:30... she calls and gets a hold of someone who tells her the ETA is 5-10 mins more... At 12:45 (10 minutes later) the driver finally calls us and tells us he's about 30-40 minutes away!!! IF they show on time, it will be over 1.5 hours past the original ETA. I would suggest that if you have a job, or kids to get to/from school, or just a life in general that you DON'T call this company. These guys need to get their communication straight!
