  • I give this place two stars because I have been probably 3 or 4 times and all times except the last, I have been satisfied. But the last time I went with my mother the experience was fine but the out come was not. The technician cut my mom and drew blood. Gave us 5 dollars off bc of it, whatever. But coming after getting our gel removed (at a different location) it was very obvious that the technician was not knowledgeable in the tools she was using. both of us have insane craters in our nails from being drilled into more than needed. I will attach images. I wish I remembered the girls name but I do not. I am not sure if it was just this particular nail technician that was not knowledgeable but it was enough to turn both myself and my mom off from ever spending money here again. It's just important to maintain clientele as it is to gain it. The search for a good LV nail salon continues.
