  • Took dogs 4 times...2 were good, 2 were not. Today I called to get an update at the 6 hour point (2PM) and was informed they had only been washed...not clipped yet. One dog is elderly, had stressed that we want her there a minimum amount of time - willing to accept a subpar groom. Unfortunately I find it unacceptable to keep dogs for 6+ hours when you have an 8AM appointment. Sorry - you lost our business - good luck.
