  • I've gone here for years and never expected what happened today. Went in for tires that cost 112 each, after all of their fees, I ended up paying $730 for 4 tires. Thats insane. FYI i did have hazzard and balance added to the tires. However, I checked other tire places and most include the balance and hazzard for a very small fee, nothing like ntb. at most should have cost 550. Never told me over the phone would cost 730 so was competely surprised. Gave two stars because service is good and they are nice but should have told me would cost 730. So My suggestion would be to call and verify the final cost before going ahead and having them put on. i know i will never buy tires from here again. So this isnt a review for this particular store, just ntb in general.
