  • Let me start off by saying, if there wasnt the beautiful kind blue eyed young girl that worked there that helped me so much and was so kind and courteous I would give this place a -1 because of her what seemed to be counter partner. I was looking for 2 bouquets for a thank you gift for my bosses. As i was looking around I asked one lady, blond hair and tribal tattoos on her arm how much it would cost me for a personalized vase bouquet she said the following "Okay..so your are going to have to pay for the vase, the type of flower, and 15% labour cost.. you didnt like what you saw on display there?" I said " I did but i would like a personalized bouquet" She said again, "those are the costs you are going to have to pay. She looked at me up and down in disgust and said are you sure you can afford to pay those prices.." again, I said yes I am interested. She didnt bother to give me anything to refer to, no book to look at, she said okay and just stared at me and continued back to her work. Completely ignoring my request and pretending I was not there in front of her. As a customer I really felt that she did 0 help and she merely just did not want to help me. Because I really needed the flowers that day, moment, i went into the cool room and relunctantly bought the flowers on display. NOT that they were not beautiful, I just feel like as a customer I am entitled to request what i would like.. The younger staff member helped me cash out. Making conversation and was so kind and gracious. Each bouquet was 30$ prices are fair but I will not be coming here again.
