  • First off, let me just say the lovely ladies at the drive thru window Monday to Friday mornings are wonderful. Ok. The rest of this review is less then 1 star. I have never been to such a poorly run McDonald's ever!! I have been the only car in the drive thru, order 2 coffees made the same way and had to pull over to wait for my coffee. After 5min I went in and was given the wrong order completely. It took a full 25min from start to finish with me waiting inside the restaurant for my drive thru coffee. I filled in the survey to complain to McDonald's head office checking the box that I would like someone to contact me. Nothing. I guess service is not part of the McDonald business plan anymore. The worst McDonald's in the city.
