  • Again I was sold a large appliance without the employee checking in the back to be sure!! First time they delivered me a broken floor model dryer when I purchased a new one. The dryer had been dropped. The front of the dryer door was cracked and there were huge gouges and damage to the outside. The dryer was making a horrible noise to. They made it right and brought me the new dryer I had paid for after 2 weeks and talking to the district manager. I decided to give them another chance. This time they sold me a refrigerator that they said for sure they had 2 in stock. I get a call an hour after I leave the store and sure enough one was sold last Sunday and the other was a floor model. 5% discount for a floor model?? NOT!! I'm getting a refund and going to home depot. I will never ever set foot in the Phoenix frys again. I assure you of that. They knew I had to have a refrigerator by today because I am moving. No way will I buy a different one and spend any money at that store!!
