I've been coming here on and off the past 8 months or so, and although there's been some strange and not so nice experiences, it's gotten a lot better. I go because this is the only coffee place that has a somewhat urban feel to what I'm use to at home. I sew and like a space where I can get some nice drinks and pastry while I get things done. I like the decor, the music is usually quite good as they play mostly indie, and the patrons who come here have been quite nice. The silly, trifling, pretentious goons aren't here anymore, or maybe they've stayed away. The servers are nicer and more helpful, and that's pretty important, too. I've worked at restaurants and bars for most of my adult life and I still do- being concerned about customers is important...even if that seems "uncool."
