  • All I can say is wow. The customer service was great. The room was large and roomy. Nice and clean. When we checked in we were not sure if the rooms had microwaves and I was concerned since we had arrived late and had brought dinner since the restaurant was closed already. We had asked if we could get plates and a microwave oven. They gladly brought a microwave to the room and we were able to get plates and silverware. It was very nice to be able to enjoy a hot meal. We were very impressed with the facility. We usually stay with family in Canada. This trip we were not able to stay with family but in the long run it was much more comfortable. Feedback from the group stated that we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. It also loved it was very easy to book a room with Hilton app and was able to see multiple options. We had a suite with two double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. Gave the flexibility if someone wanted to stay up later or needed to sleep on the sofa bed. Great job.
