rev:text	So now they have accepted our claims but we have found more missing or broken items (Ikea lampshade and broken waffles maker). I have no idea how our stuff was banged around so much. Still not a fan, but I am happy they accepted our first claim because a nonfunctional dresser that was working perfect before the movers is clearly not experiencing spontaneous "mechanical failure" when half of it's railings are detached/broken.
