  • Stay away! This management company is willfully incompetent. They will only do the bare minimum amount of maintenance in hopes of keeping the unit from being condemned. Every time it rains, my roof leaks. Every time it's cold, my furnace breaks. Every time it's hot, my furnace's A/C unit breaks. The building's door buzzer has never worked. They've sent repair companies out multiple times. The mailbox's mailman's lock is broken. So everyone in the building can access everyone else's mailbox by sliding open the mailboxes as it is designed for the mailman to do. The electrical can not possibly be up to code. There are switch boxes in the wall that have been plastered over, switches that do nothing, etc. Every closet door in my apartment is broken. Every maintenance attempt has broken them further. Every room door (except the entrance and bathroom door) is improperly installed and will not open and close. Every single kitchen appliance is installed backwards, out of level or barely functions.
