  • Took my Mom her for mani-pedi. She had a 1:00 appointment. Started her at 2:00. Lied to me that the person before her took an hour picking out a color and that was why she was behind. I missed a scheduled appointment for car repair because of the delay. Girl says "sorry", I said "credit her account". No credit. My 83 year old mother was taken advantage of. Also, very filthy, smelly place. I believe their tools are not sterilized. I will be emailing the Ohio Department of Health, and possibly ICE.
