rev:text	In response to the owner's comment -- I own properties and lived in Pittsburgh for 4 years prior to moving. I now rent out my homes and have the carpets cleaned between tenants. For the Pittsburgh area, both Clean Interiors and Northside Carpet Cleaning were booked, which were recommended by my handyman, so I went to the yellow pages to find this company. Double checked (as it is possible to make a mistake), but this is the company I meant to yelp about, and that did a very, very poor job! Even the customer service lady on the phone hung up on me abruptly mid-sentence as I tried to confirm (although, in calling back, someone else answered and made an excuse for the hangup... which I at the time accepted) I haven't received any e-mail or phone calls, not quite sure what the owner means by "privately". Now, I must admit, I can't speak about the 100% guarantee, as I never really inquired about it. I simply hired another company, and they did a good job on the late notice for a comparable price. As far as the refunding ... sorry guy, you can't buy my yelp review off! It'd be better to offer the service for the next round of cleaning at a discount-- in hope that I write an updated review based on significant improvement. I stand by my review, until convinced otherwise..
