| - UPDATE: After going to AJ regularly for several months, I will not be returning. Had an appointment for 1:00. When I arrived 5 minutes early, he looked to be just starting on someone else. There was a group of 3 that seemed to be walk-ins that he was talking with/working on. I was made to sit "soaking" my nails (never had to do this before) for nearly an hour after my appointment time while he accommodated them. When I finally did get seated, the aforementioned group sat next to me the whole time, being unnecessarily loud, pulling his attention to show him pictures, etc. I was an afterthought. My nails came out uneven and ragged at the tips, and were obviously rushed. When it came time to check out, I was told they don't "do" credit on Sundays. Wtf? So I had to pay an ATM fee on top of the complete garbage experience. Also this is SUPER gross- they often take pictures of their work, usually holding something like fur etc. Saw a pic posted with someone's nasty feet on the same fur that I'd been handed numerous times for pics of my finger nails. I don't care how fresh the pedicure was, I don't want to touch anything someone's feet were all over! Sickening. 2 stars because AJ really is very talented, but the atmosphere sucks, they don't honor appointments, and their obscure credit policies make no sense.
