  • I've lived here for 5 months (since June). I moved in with my significant other, who has lived here for over a year. I don't get the bad reviews. The management for the office alone is wonderful and accommodating. They are very informative about things going on with the building. There was an unfortunate couple of weeks where the water was turned off for a day or two every week, which yes, is inconvenient, but the management handled it professionally. They informed us at least a week in advance about the outages. There's a rooftop pool, a tennis court, an area for grilling and parties, a laundry room, a rather organized parking garage, and it's a walk away from anything that's happening in downtown Cleveland. I have nothing but great things to say. We just renewed our lease for another year. We have a 1 bedroom apartment for just under $800, but it's huge and has 2 walk in closets, 3 addition closets for storage, a massive living room, a decently sized kitchen (we can fit 2 little pantry carts in the kitchen and still keep adequate walking and cooking space), a nice bathroom, and a bedroom that fits a king size bed easily, a recliner and 2 big dressers along with a work desk. Honestly, for the amount you are spending, these apartments and the location in the heart of downtown Cleveland are a steal. As long as we are in Cleveland, we will be residing at Sphere.
