  • I love Shake Shack as a fast food chain, but HATED the service at this particular one. I was staying at the Aria, so this location was just a short walk away. Whoever was working at the Cashier on the night of Sunday Nov 13 ( It was the colored girl, nothing against people of color btw.), she must have been having a terrible night. She was very rude and had that "I hate my job" attitude. Not a smile, not a thank you, NOTHING! Not what you want from someone taking your order. Thankfully, the food was good and what I have come to expect. If she hates her job so much, here's a tip, QUIT!!! Got to watch the Patriots Vs. Seahawks too in the restaraunt. Cool.
