I visited at least a dozen dealerships over the course of one week while I searched for 2 vehicles,. My experience at Superstition Springs was far and away the worst experience I had (by a large margin). Bill B. was rude, condescending and argumentive. He all but called me a liar (in front of my 9 year old daughter) and assured me that there was no way I would find the type of vehicle I was looking for at the amount I was looking to spend. Upon calling the dealership twice to give feedback to a manager regarding my experience I was told that neither manager I was asking for was available and to try again later in the day. Also, beware of the ridiculous add-ons on their vehicles. I've never seen anything like the sales tactic that they employ with their paint protecting, fabric treating, and extended warranty. It would actually be comical if it weren't for the fact that they tell you that all of these add-ons are already included in your vehicle and ADDED on to the price that is listed for the car! Lastly, I feel compelled? to add that I did in fact find a vehicle that I love for well under what I was looking to spend... from a dealership that employs friendly and professional people.
