  • The screen on my daughter's iPhone 5S cracked. We've got SquareTrade coverage, which would cost me $75, plus the time to have it shipped, fixed, and sent back. Was looking for local alternatives, and found the Mobile Device Docs web site. Scheduled an appt for two days out at 9:00 am. Got a reminder text around 7:45 am, and Isaiah showed up about 5 minutes early. Got the phone fixed in ~20 minutes, confirmed it to be working, and charged $99. I'm likely going to quit the SquareTrade coverage that I've got on the 4 phones in the house. Yeah, Mobile Device Docs charges $25 more to fix, but it's fast, it's incredibly convenient, and there's no monthly premium. Can't recommend Mobile Device Docs highly enough.
