  • I just recently decided to come to one of your salons to get my hair cut and donate my hair for wigs for kids . the first experience was awesome loved it my hair dresser Latashia she was so great and kind with me and my daughter. she also cut my daughters hair also. i will defiantly come back for her. I have a complaint , i did come back to the same salon and return some hair product the next day and the lady was nice at first I got my hair cut again because i didn't like the haircut as much and just wanted to modify it a little bit. then as i was sitting looking at my daughters hair i realized i didn't like my daughters hair cut and wanted some more cut off the bottom. I told her i thought a inch and she told me well I should cut off more because i don't want you coming back in a week or two saying you don't like it again and us having to cut it again. I was a little shocked she would say that to me i felt bad i did that but i realized that I'm the customer and why would she say that to me. I did tip her she wasn't very nice to me when my daughter got her hair cut , i was trying to help with keeping my daughters head still i guess she didn't like what i was doing and had someone else take over. i just went with the flow and didn't want to cause a scene . Her name was teresa she is a great hair dresser i just thought she was rude to me and my daughter. I am reluctant to come back to her but i will just have to see . Most likely i will just go to Latashia from now on and hopefully i won't have to deal with teresa again. The salon is very clean and everyone is nice I just didn't appreciate the comment made to me about my daughter getting her hair cut again. I anyone goes to this salon Please insists on Latashia you will not be disappointed !!!!!!
