  • I found a living social deal $20 for $40. Cajun food is a personal favorite of mine, especially eating the real deal in New Orleans. The place is very cute an has a very jazzy, New Orleans ambiance which I loved. Our server was very helpful by giving us his recommendations. I was very happy they had Abita beer and other great selections from Bird Song Brewery (which I thoroughly indulged in). We ordered the BBQ shrimp and fried oysters as appetizers. The BBQ was amazing and full of flavor. The only downside was it was a little too garlicy. Oysters aren't my favorite but my boyfriend thought they were great. I got the étouffée and it was delicious. Generous amounts of meat and the flavor was great. It just sucked at the end of the meal when we realized it was Easter and our coupon couldn't be redeemed :( an excuse for us to go again, which we did!
