  • To start off this doctor Minesh Zaveri, DO will do HIPAA violations will do fraud Health claims on your medical record will also Blacklist you on the DEA website if you don't comply with all of his request even though you're asking for options he'll give other people options but not the patient that is looking for other options he also put in my health insurance that I had two injections done in my back which was never the case because they've never worked for me and when I asked him for other options he told me take it or leave it.. also he will overstep his medical authority and call you out to other pain centers even though I've never had any work done with this doctor before he will tell everybody else I'll he's a pill seeking person x y and z plus when I asked for my medical records he said I don't have any will why would you then contradict yourself plus most of the positive reviews are not from his patients but from the people that work with him I've already complained to several agencies about how this doctor has screwed up my image for getting medical help so go elsewhere because this doctor only cares about his bottom line and not the patient.. he says he's willing to help patients but then when you ask for options he goes it's either this or that and it's my way or the highway well there was not a good working patient-doctor relationship because he only wants to do it his way plus he will Blacklist you on numerous portals that hospitals and doctors have even though I've never worked with him I've never had any work done by him and he still says the opposite so thank you Doctor whatever your name is up top for screwing up my medical history breaking HIPAA violations medical fraud medical malpractice... I don't like to complain but when it comes to my health I have to speak up my words have merit to them
