  • After almost a week across the lake at the Country Inn and Suites, it was nice to move somewhere with a more central location for our last night in Madison. Check-in was a breeze, and they have a parking structure that is convenient to get in and out of. Our room was spacious and clean, and it was really nice to be able to make the room super dark for mid-day napping. Each member of the staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, very close to the capitol, but far enough away it's away from the noise a bit. This hotel is really a good deal for its price-range and features, so I'd definitely stay here again when I'm back in Madison.
