  • Horrible expirience! I was on a girls trip in Scottsdale, AZ and we decided to go "spa hooping" Tjis was by far the worst expirience we had! This place overbooked our party of 5, Kith and Courtney were very helpful and trying to accommodate us, however the owner, Melodi was the worst ever! She pretty much gave us the finger. I work in the industry in Chicago and would never recommend this place based on how the owner does business and does not care about her clients. We had a email confirmation as well as spoke to someone from Primp and Blow earlier on in the day to confirm...somehow our reservation got canceled. I have never coplained with the Better Business Bureau before, but this is just unaccaptable.
