  • I called the number listed online for Backyard Pool and Spa and spoke with Trey. He made an appointment to come to my house and give an estimate for replacing my old above ground pool. As with another reviewer, he, nor anyone else, ever showed up. I have tried calling them repeatedly, and left messages, but they do not answer the phone. They never return calls, either. I have even tried twice using the contact firm on their website, but never got a response. Horrible customer service and VERY unreliable and unprofessional! Look elsewhere.
