  • Terrible, terrible customer service. We are expecting our 3rd child so I went to check this place out as we have donated most of our baby gear. First of all, no one even acknowledges that you are in the store. Out of about 6 employees roaming around I think one smiled and said hi. I listened as an employee (who I think may have been the manager?) was very short and rude with a women asking questions about selling some of her things. As I was there they took in an item I was interested in. I called this morning to see if they would hold the item until I could get there tomorrow. I was told that they can only do a 2 hour hold. It was 10:30 am and I live 45 mins away. I asked if they could hold the item until 1 as I could not make it there and back in time to pick up my daughter from school. I again was told they can only do 2 hours. Seriously? You can't hold it another 30 mins? Very poor business in my opinion. My husband joked telling me I should just call back in 30 mins and say "now will you hold it until 1?" At that point I was already so unimpressed with the customer service from the previous day that this was just the icing on the cake for me. I will not be back. Their loss! I was hoping this would be a great place to get several of the baby items I would like to purchase. However, their lack of customer service and unwillingness to budge over 30 mins has lost me as a customer and I will NOT be recommending this business to any of my mom friends.
