| - READ MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY!! If it was possible to leave MINUS STARS that would be my review. I own a 2011 Toyota SUV which has a total of 16,000 babied miles; always garaged; rarely sees the freeway and always professionally cleaned. I went to this car wash on Feb 26 2016.. Got talked into a $300 clay bar buff, sealant wax and polish including the wheels, by Christopher Tabor who presented himself as a manager. He told me the clay bar would remove all of the small debris (ie bugs etc) and even remove many of the little scratches. I was also guaranteed the sealant wax which was $178 of the bill, would be good for at least one year, and would help repel dirt and debris. Mr. Tabor told me the job would take a couple hours so I stayed on sight. There is no comfortable seating area and it was 3+ hours before they finished. The paint looked really shiny and felt very smooth. Driving home I noticed the windshield and windows were smeary, no big deal... so the next day I "windexed" them inside and out. I also did have to get a bucket of soapy water and clean the wheels ~ I don't think they had been touched. I chalked the experience up as Live And Learn. During the next 3 weeks I only ran local errands driving approx 35 miles. One day was particularly windy which left the car dusty .. I went back to the same car wash and ordered the Complete Wash for $21.99. The ticket attendant said he noticed some of the stuff on the hood wasn't just dust but from the Arizona trees and that I should consider the Sealant Wax and Polish. I laughed and told him I had just had that done!!! Then he changed his tune and said oh, well it should all come off during the wash then, no problem. When they called my number I couldn't believe how horrible the whole car looked. The hood was a total mess and the rest of the car looked liked someone had run a wet, dirty, dusty rag all over it. I asked the attendant what happened? He insisted the hood was full of "road chips" and there was nothing they could do. I went though the whole scenario of spending $300 less than a month prior and that the mess was not "road chips". I told him the first ticket attendant said it was tiny pieces of debris from the trees. When he continued to keep saying it was road chips I asked to speak to Chris Tabor. He wasn't working that day so who I thought was another Manager came out. I have never experienced such a nasty, rude individual. His posture, his tone and his vocabulary were way out of line. He insisted the hood WAS full of "road chips" , that Chris worked For Him! and that he was THE OWNER.
So I asked for a $321.99 refund!! Because now my hood was FULL OF ROAD CHIPS! After about 10 minutes of arguing he went and got a rag and some solution, and started wiping the hood. Miracle of Miracles, He was able to wipe away all of the ROAD CHIPS! I called today and asked to speak to Chris and was told he no longer works there. I won't go back there and hopefully after reading about my experience you STAY AWAY!
