  • Cutting and pasting from my review for Urban Cookies, with some editing: Apparently Ollie Cakes and Urban Cookies are one and the same, and Urban Cookies' cupcakes are nicknamed Ollie Cakes? I still don't really get it, but whatever, their stuff is freaking delicious! This is a must stop if you're in Phoenix. I purchased: -Strawberry Cupcake (Strawberry Cake, Strawberry Butter Cream Made w/Real Whole Strawberries ($2.85, http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/olliecake-phoenix?select=XOxKpz2UleooediOdf65uw#XOxKpz2UleooediOdf65uw): Really good! The fresh strawberry flavor was very prominent, and I liked how moist the cake was, and that the frosting wasn't overly sweet. I wish I had purchased more of their baked goods to try (especially the cupcakes), and will definitely have to come back the next time I'm in Arizona. Their cupcake was one of the better ones I've had in a while. The staff here is pretty friendly, and they have their own lot so parking should be easy (however, the lot is shaped a bit strangely, so may be hard to get out if there are a lot of cars).
