  • If anything should ever bring you to Blackbird, let it be the chocolate chip cookies! Those alone deserve five, if not ten, stars! Delicious, melt in your mouth chocolate chip cookies. But what makes them so great? They sprinkle some salt on top and it is the greatest thing to ever happen to a cookie or my mouth. I think I could eat 20 of them and not feel bad. While we were here for the cookies, we also got a French baguette to take home (delicious), an americano, and a peach tea. Everything was delicious and exactly what we wanted. The workers were super friendly and helped us with any questions that we had. Bonus: show up an hour before closing and score half off of your food! You really can't beat that. Everything is still delicious, just cheaper! I definitely recommend this place as somewhere to stop for a morning coffee (or cookie, I won't tell!) or a cute date spot, or just somewhere to catch up on your reading and relax!
