  • Staff have no customer service and lack complete common sense! We showed up on a Saturday about 5 minutes after they opened and were a walk-in. I put my son's name on the list and we patiently waited our turn; he was pre-occupied with all of the toys. When they called his name, he was playing in a house; I responded by saying that's us and she proceeded to call the next kid in line. I again said we're here and she said we have two openings right now. While this was happening I was trying to get my two year old out of this house; we finally walked over to the counter and she tells us to pick out a movie and have a seat, the only problem is that she pointed to the regular adult like chairs not the chairs for toddlers. I said he's not going to sit in that chair, she looks at me and says no problem, he can sit in your lap. The kicker, she's looking at me while saying this and I am 36 weeks pregnant; I said how do you propose he sit in my lap; that's not going to be comfortable for either one of us and he's never had a hair cut before, I wanted him to sit in one of the little kid chairs. She turns to the other stylist and says, "oh, she want's him to sit there"; this is after she already called the next walk-in who was also my son's age and just sat in that chair. I was asked if I could wait for another little kid chair to open; well, my response was simply no considering all of the other kids just sat down and we had already been waiting 25 minutes, plus, we were there first. I again explained that I do not expect he will be able to sit in the big chair nor is he able to sit on my lap. Their response, "sorry". This place is seriously a joke and I would never bring my kid here again. Not to mention it looked somewhat dirty and the staff are clearly questionable considering their complete lack of common sense!
