  • You are the worst caregivers for the Veterans, I have been consistenly lied to you by your customer service representatives from the first time I signed up, because the VA clinic in Yuma, AZ, doesn't have enough doctors to cover all the vets in this area. Now, I ended up in the hospital with influenza B, I was 65% dehydrated, and I had lost 15 pounds in two weeks, I was taken by ambulance from the Doctors office to the hospital. I was admitted, now, I called a week or two before I ended up in the hospital, and was told I couldn't make an appointment. I was released from the hospital and went to see my Doctor on 3/24/16 now the receptionist spoke to one of your representatives for 45 minutes and was assured that I was cleared and that they would send a fax agreeing to this to the Doctors office, guess what you lied again. They never received anything from you, I called them this evening and they had heard nothing. So, tell me why the hell are you even lying and saying you are helping the vets. That is a bold face lie.
