  • I love their salsa! I always say i'm going to try something different but I very rarely do because I love their tacos so much.the signature Paco's Taco is amazing and when doing the combo, you never finish the whole thing but yay for leftovers!. table side Guac -- you know it's fresh. you never run out of chips! I do have to say my favorite Margarita out of the ones they have as their signature cocktails is the Rusty El Camino. i love the smoked Jalapenos, yes it's spicy but i'm used to it being half puerto rican. Its fun to watch my boyfriend eat them and after 3 bites, there is sweat dripping down his face! He's a good sport though. But how can you resist anything wrapped in bacon! We go there a lot. It's a lot of food for a decent price..... best part... lunch the next day or if it's friday or saturday, try putting the leftovers in an omelet! So good! AND MOST OF ALL FOR ME-- A GLUTEN FREE MENU as I have Celiac disease. everything for me is on a corn tortilla!
