  • I moved to Charlotte from PA 2 weeks ago and really needed to find my new nail salon! Im very happy I gave Zen nails & spa a try! When I got there the place was big, with 2 seperate areas for nail services. It was busy, and I could tell that it might be better to have an appointment but the receptionist easily fit me in right away! I had gel on my toes that needed taken off, and I honestly thought I'd sit there for 30minutes waiting with the soak which would have been ok! My nail tech, LEE came, over wrapped my toes, said hed be back and legit 10minutes later he was! LEE did my gel pedicure & gel manicure. We chatted, he was very nice, and based on the way he applied the gel I can tell this will last me for 2weeks! Im very happy I stopped in here! I will definitely be back! Thanks Zen!
