Nando's is a regular takeout spot for us. We usually call ahead and it is ready about 15-20 minutes after calling it in. We arrived within 20 minutes and after paying we were told it would be another 10 minutes. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening. We sat and waited for our order to be called out. We waited and waited and waited. After 30 minutes Mr Leny went to ask and discovered that our order had been sitting there the whole time. Staff had forgotten to write PAID on the receipt so it was not called out. By this time our food was cold so we asked for our money back. The manager reluctantly issued a refund. We were starving when we got home and had to pull something out from the freezer for dinner. Beyond annoyed and disappointed
Mr Leny said this was not the first time. Management seems to have changed several times over the years and they never seem to be well organized. They really need to work on customer service.
