  • I can't even count the ways United Airlines suck. I flew out of Charlotte last week to come home to LA!!! We had 4 gate changes, (and they never told us, I had to find out on my phone), two air plane changes and finally we sat at the gate for an hour and a half while they changed out the captain's seat. We ended up being 4.5 hours late getting into LA. They said they would give us a credit for all of our trouble and it ended up being only $50. Seriously? United Airlines, you need to step up your game and get some better customer service. Also you need to have some airplanes that actually work.
