  • Stood in three lines, missed flight, and had to pay another 160$ for there mistake if you can find another flight do it there merge policies are so screwed up no one knows what they are doing add I still stand here in line with my kids just to wait 8hrs to get the flight....wish me luck...southwest is my new way of life this will never happen again
