  • k i 100% understand all the bad reviews now. i was supposed to get a new plate with my tags.. this was back in september. tags came in october, fine. totally fine. but they came with no plate. so i called and was told "k i'll talk to ____" and then hung up on. i then called back and was told that my plate was on my car backwards and i just needed to flip it over and put my tags on. nope, not the case, i'm not a complete moron. so they said okay and they would order a new plate. it has been two months. i still have no plate and my temp plate they gave me is long expired. i also have tags i paid for that have been sitting in a drawer since october bc i have nothing to put them on. so i call again a few days ago and am told they will look into it and call me back. still no call back. if i had known they would screw up this much and have zero regard for the fact that i'm driving around with "expired" registration, i would have made a car purchase elsewhere. probably won't be getting another car from here when my lease is up. pain in the ass.
