  • The dreaded "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light came on in my car and instantly filled me with panic. I drive by R&M pretty much daily and decided to give them a shot since they're walking distance from my house. They did a free diagnostic check and came back with an emissions problem and, embarrassingly enough, it was because the gas cap wasn't screwed on! They could've told me I needed some expensive work done and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank goodness for their honestly! R&M has gained me as a forever customer!
