  • It's a great new complex with unbeatable amenities, and the pricing is based off current market pricing in the area so if you're going to complain about pricing, it's actually comparable to surrounding properties. It's expected that there would be minor issues here and there and I personally have had a great experience with maintenance, they work in the most timely manner they can and the leasing team is wonderful and do what they can. Location can't be beat and the coffee shop downstairs is also delicious.
