  • I went here on Thursday for shellac because my usual place doesn't do biogel and I needed a cracked nail repaired as part of my usual manicure (plus they had a colour I wanted that my usual salon doesn't have). When doing my cuticles, the woman seriously cut a chunk out of one! And I'm not convinced the tools are properly sanitised. Then, the biogel wasn't applied properly - only one coat and not sealed along the edge. 2 days later, the shellac and biogel on the repaired nail were lifting off! I've had biogel to repair cracked nails like this many times before so I know it works. Went back Saturday after work, got there around 7:15. They were closed even though on their window it says they're open until 8. Went back again on Sunday before work. Got there 5 minutes after the time they apparently open - they were packed. I told the man I need a repair and I need to leave in 20 minutes max for work. He wandered away... Came back 5 minutes later to ask if it was shellac or regular... Wandered away again... Didn't bother to start the removal process... I pointed out I had to go to work and he basically said to bad the repair can't be done in that time. Well it could've been if you'd started right away. To be honest I don't care how busy you are because I shouldn't have had to come back at all. Shellac normally lasts me 3 weeks without any chipping. Once they repair this I'm never going back.
