  • We have the wellness plan. They attempt to charge me every time we come in for items covered under the wellness plan. The attempt To charge for these covered services appears to be by design, not by accident as it happened multiple times at multiple locations. They also attempt to upsell product and services that are unnecessary. There appears to be an ethics problem within Banfield. They also misdiagnosed out dog which almost led to her death. If it had not been for a second opinion our dog would have died due to the wrong information provided by Banfield. Also drastically overpriced....
