  • Dr Cramer is amazing! I found him on Groupon because I was looking at Restylane for under eye bags. I left a message and he called me back within two hours... he had a cancellation and I was able to get in this afternoon. I went in and we discussed what I hated (deep tear troughs that made me look constantly tired), and he suggested Juvéderm (similar to Restylane, but thicker and lasts about 3-4 months longer). He answered all my questions and told me to expect a little bumpiness the first week or two and maybe some bruising (you can see the bumps under the right eye, in the after pictures I'll post. Keep in mind they are only about an hour and a half apart). I was really nervous and do not do well with needles but he was awesome and even though it didn't hurt I started to feel a bit dizzy so he let me take two little breaks in between injections. Even with my break time I was in and out in under 15 minutes! No numbing, but it didn't hurt at all (maybe a little pinch, but even with me not doing well with needles, it was not painful). He was super patient with me and was awesome at distraction and getting me to relax! I will definitely see him again in 6 to 8 months when the Juvéderm needs to be refreshed!
