  • So here's what happened....I boarded my plane to Nashville, was buckled and all ready to sleep when they made an announcement for a volunteer to get off the plane and take the next flight. I raised my hand, and headed towards the front. The passengers and crew applauded. Note: I did NOT get dragged off the plane. Southwest gave me the next flight 3 hours later, reimbursed me for my flight and gave me an additional $400. This is why I fly Southwest.
