  • Wow, what a great restaurant! Let's start with the tandoori chicken. Often a dry, if tartly tasty, disappointment, an afterthought in the vegetarian marvelousness that is Indian food in general. Here, though, it was richly flavorful, moist and yielding -- seriously, the best I have ever had. The people raving about the garlic naan bread are absolutely right -- fresh-baked, with just the right level of browned bottom. The service was very pleasant -- maybe a bit over-attentive, because we arrived at a slow time. That's a shame, because quite honestly, this restaurant should never have any slow times. The decor is lovely -- draped curtains, mellow, classy atmosphere. It's not a hole-in-the-wall by any means. Overall, an outstanding restaurant, and I hope it catches on soon.
