  • I decided I wanted to throw a surprise party for my mother in law and was interested in renting out the patio. I went in to ask questions and the girl at the front told me only the GM could answer my questions and she works from home most days and the best way to reach her would be via email. She handed me her card and I left. I emailed the GM that day and never heard back for 8 days. I tried calling later and same spiel - she only works Saturdays & Sunday's but mostly from home so you'd have to email. At this point I decided to call around and find another place (I was extremely disappointed that it wouldn't work at Vogue and the lack of response). The GM got back to me, but after 10 days. I told her thanks but I found another location. I am not sure if they food is good but if I were the GM, I would respond faster than 10 days.
